DRAFT – have legally reviewed before launch

This policy explains under Art. 13 GDPR which personal data is processed when you visit this website or send an inquiry. The German version is the legally binding one.

1. Controller

[missing: legal entity]

[missing: address]

Email: info@daroro.eu

2. Hosting and technical connection data

This website is hosted by [missing: hosting provider], which processes data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, technically necessary connection data may be processed, for example IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.

3. Fonts (Google Fonts)

To display the “Inter” typeface, your browser loads font files from servers of Google Ireland Limited. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent, fast presentation of the website).

4. Inquiry form

If you use the “Request an intro call” form, we process the following details:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Business email address
  • Role
  • Your description of the process
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Your confirmation of the privacy notice and the selected language

We use these details to answer your inquiry and to arrange an intro call. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry concerns pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling business inquiries).

The data is transmitted in encrypted form to [missing: form processing provider], which processes it on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The required fields are necessary for us to handle your inquiry. The phone number is optional.

If the form cannot be sent for technical reasons, you can email your details to info@daroro.eu. In that case the section “Contact by email” applies.

5. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your message and sender details to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

6. Local storage (localStorage)

When you switch the language between German and English, your browser stores this choice in local storage under the key “oneintro-lang”. The value is “de” or “en”. It is used only to apply your language choice on your next visit and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.

Access is necessary for the language setting you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

7. Analytics and advertising

This website currently uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

8. Retention

We store your inquiry data only as long as needed to handle it. If no cooperation follows, we delete the data no later than [missing: retention period]. Statutory retention obligations, for example under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise your rights, an email to info@daroro.eu is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live or where we are based.

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
